Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

• Orders submitted before 1:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer free same-day shipping for all orders placed on our website and delivered within the contiguous United States.
(Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Items marked as “Factory Pick Up” do not include shipping. Customers may either:

• Pay for shipping, or

• Collect in person at no additional charge.

We offer international shipping for filament orders of 200+ units.

Tracking and Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
