Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Product Shelf Life
Our product’s recommended shelf life is one year. However, it can last several years with proper storage conditions, maintaining its quality and performance.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs associated with processing returns.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 48 to 72 hours, minus the cost of the Credit Card or PayPal processing fee and the 15% restocking fee.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– We sent you a color by mistake that you didn’t order.
– You changed your mind about your order.
– You don’t like a color.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Responsibility for Equipment Settings
We are not responsible for the wrong settings in your slicer or 3D printer or your lack of experience using them.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to return more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item and shipping the replacement item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
